Products/Services

Sonic provide a complete range of solutions covering the entire scope of communication to meet the requirements of the most demanding operational situations encountered by surveillance, law enforcement, Ministry of Defence, fireground and industrial operatives worldwide.

Profile

Sonic was formed by David Bryan in 1977. The company initially designed and manufactured an intercom system for use by motorcyclists. The system allowed the rider to communicate directly with the pillion passenger while mobile. This simple concept grew into a whole range of communications products designed for integration into helmets of all kinds.

In 1982, the company added to its design and manufacture capabilities to cover the entire scope of communications, which includes design and manufacture of a wide range of products and services available to Emergency Service Agencies. Indeed, our core business is structured to address this market directly, providing leading edge solutions for the toughest of operational situations.

In 1997, Sonic moved into a purpose built factory near Birmingham Airport. This facility comprises some 35,000 sq ft of floor space, which houses our worldwide Corporate Headquarters, Sales, Marketing, Accounts and, of course, an extensive Research, Development and Manufacturing facility.

Today Sonic Communications are world leaders in specialised  audio and video communications technology.  Our Customers range from the largest Government and commercial organisations in the world through to individuals needing a single item.

No matter what the need, Sonic aims to provide the ideal communications solutions.
