All units carry a manufacturer's two-year warranty. Hand Portables:- The Vertex Standard line-up of hand portable products covers a wide range of potential workplace scenarios from the VX-146 licence-free radio, up to the VX-920 high spec. public-safety style radios. The range also includes a number of fully waterproof (IPX57) units and a number of ATEX approved products. All radios are easily configured, by the dealer, to suit all applications - for example, features such as CTCSS, DCS, DTMF, 2 Tone, 5 Tone, Encryption and Smartrunk. Mobiles:- The range of mobiles from the VX-2000 up to the VX-4200 covers the needs of most users. Those who require low cost simple radios or those who need the more expensive but higher specification radios are all catered for. From the simplest of these to the most sophisticated all can be easily configured, like the portables, to meet the customers requirement. Base Stations:- The range of Base Stations is made up by combining one of the wide line-up of Mobile Radios with an approved base power supply unit. Like the mobiles these can be configured easily to meet all applications. Repeaters:- In common with all of the Vertex Standard range, the repeaters can be set up in a number of ways to suit individual requirements. Once again, all parameters can be easily configured by the dealer to suit the application. HF Base Equipment for Export:- HF base equipment and portable man-pack systems are available giving the ability to achieve long distance communications in many different environments. ALE connectivity makes the use of short wave propagation a user-friendly form of communications for base station, mobile or portable situations.
