Comms distributor teams-up with Red Box
Communications equipment distributor Nimans has formed a partnership with Red Box, adding the latter’s voice capture platform to its offering. Nimans will also offer “value added applications and services,” including speech-to-text transcription, which it claims will “help to maximise the value of captured voice data.”
Speaking of the deal, Nimans’ head of channel sales Tom Maxwell said: “Red Box is a leading dedicated voice recording specialist, empowering organisations to capture, secure and unlock the value of enterprise-wide voice. With the Red Box platform, resellers and their customers can capture and transcribe voice communications from over 55 systems - legacy and new -, across global enterprises and SMEs.”
He continued: “Organisations are increasingly recognising the value of captured voice as a data-set, and voice-based interaction is now being used to address a whole host of business use cases including automation, security, fraud as well as enhancing employee engagement and the wider customer experience.”
