O2 makes new environmental commitments

O2 has shared details on how it will remove carbon emissions, wherever possible, across its business by 2025. It says this will give customers “a mobile network where calls, texts and data are powered by cleaner, greener energy”.

Pekka Lundmark appointed CEO of Nokia

Nokia’s Board of Directors has welcomed Pekka Lundmark back to the company as its new president and chief executive officer. Rajeev Suri, the company’s current president and CEO, had previously indicated he was considering stepping down from his role provided a solid succession plan was in place.
