Amdocs expands digital services platform

Israeli-American communications giant Amdocs has announced the expansion of its digital services capabilities at Mobile World Congress 2022.

In a move the St Louis-based company claimed would "accelerate the industry’s journey to the cloud, improve business operations, and drive next-generation digital experiences for the end user” the latest expansion of its services platform will incorporate DevSecOps technologies.

Amdocs Digital Services engagements reportedly range from advising customers on business and technical strategy, designing and implementing particular business solutions, managing specific business operations processes. Having recently acquired UK-based cloud company DevSecOps, Amdocs said it would now incorporate migrating applications to the cloud and orchestrating large-scale transformation projects into its services offering.

With self-healing AI-driven automation and autonomous governance solutions, Amdocs said its upgraded digital services platform would also support “the complete quality engineering spectrum of services” from project-based engagements to fully outsourced testing centres of excellence.
